Office Manager

Full-Time (32–40 hrs/week) In-Person — Cedar City, UT

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily operations of our growing practice. You'll serve as the primary administrative point of contact for clients and keep things running smoothly across billing, scheduling, and office management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client billing, invoicing, insurance submissions, and payment processing
  • Oversee scheduling systems, client intake, and front-desk communication
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records (HIPAA compliant)
  • Monitor office supplies, clinical materials, and overall office organization
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are consistently implemented
  • Coordinate with advertising/marketing partners and support outreach efforts
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and welcoming office environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in medical or mental health office management preferred
  • Experience with insurance billing and claims processing strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high accountability
  • Professional demeanor with ability to maintain firm, compassionate boundaries
  • Expected to achieve full proficiency in billing systems within 3–6 months

Clinician

Full-Time / Part-Time Cedar City, UT

Join our clinical team to provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment. We welcome therapists passionate about trauma-informed, affirming care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population
  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members on client care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Current Utah license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent)
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Experience with individual, couples, or family therapy

Intern / Pre-Licensed Clinician

Full-Time / Part-Time Cedar City, UT

Starting your clinical career? Join our team as an intern or pre-licensed clinician and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, collaborative environment. We'll provide mentorship and supervision as you work toward licensure.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse client population under supervision
  • Maintain clinical documentation and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members on client care
  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a master's program in counseling, social work, or related field
  • No license or prior clinical experience required
  • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
