Trauma Release Yoga is a gentle, therapeutic approach to yoga specifically designed to address trauma stored in the body. It combines traditional Yin Yoga poses and clinical principles of trauma healing. The practice focuses on creating a safe environment where individuals can be completely at home within their body . It emphasizes slow, low to the ground movements and also incorporates deep breathing to promote surrendering to the nervous system. This approach aims to help individuals process and release emotional and physical trauma in a supportive and non-judgmental way, promoting all around release. 

Each session is 2 hours and includes everything you need including supportive equipment. Come with a semi empty stomach and some water. 

Can use an HSA card.
