Hi! I'm Kelsi!
My passion for supporting others in their healing journeys began many years ago, first as a devoted seeker of spiritual truth in both my personal life and undergraduate studies, and later through the profound healing I experienced through movement, nature, and my own therapy. My years in the medical field further deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of our physical and emotional worlds, and together these experiences ultimately inspired me to pursue mental health as my professional path.
My Approach to Therapy
I am an intern therapist with Mending Minds, working toward full licensure under supervision. I hold certifications in Sandtray Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy, and I specialize in person-centered, trauma-informed approaches that emphasize safety, connection, and empowerment.
I believe that healing happens in relationship, and I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Whether working through trauma, navigating life transitions, or exploring identity, I meet each person where they are and walk alongside them as they discover their own inner wisdom and strength.
Who I Work With
I work particularly well with:
- Neurodivergent individuals
- Those with trauma histories
- People navigating identity questions
- Anyone seeking deeper self-understanding
